Same here. But it looks too small to be Grundy,and I thought his grammar was a lot worse than that. It could be the Joker, but: a) that hand looks a bit muscular, b) since the Clown at Midnight he's been wearing that wierd hospital gown like thing and his hair is slicked back. Plus, his speech bubbles and words are green now, and they have no caps, c) That doesn't sound like what he might say or how how would say it, and d) I doubt that they would bring him back soo soon.
His chin does look like the Joker's though. An emulator maybe? Or a young person, like a teenager? Or maybe it has something to do with the new Red Hood?
