Things are not looking good for Spider-Man. While his life has changed for the better since BIG TIME, becoming a member of the Avengers and Future Foundation and even being seen as a hero during SPIDER-ISLAND, all that good fortune may be about to change. Yesterday we saw a teaser for the upcoming story arc, Ends of the Earth with the Sinister Six gunning for Spidey. Now it looks like there are others that want to do more than just defeat him.

Now the question is who exactly wants to kill Spider-Man? Are these the same New Yorkers that saw him as a hero? What's going on with them and how is Spider-Man involved. Oh boy. Spidey better run and hide but of course that's not his style.

The next big Spider-Man epic begins in Amazing Spider-Man #682, part one of Ends Of The Earth, by Dan Slott and Stefano Caselli! The Sinister Six, led by the vengeful Doctor Octopus, is back and they’re looking for revenge! Can Spider-Man & Earth’s Mightiest save the world before Doc Ock’s explosive endgame is revealed? Find in Amazing Spider-Man #682 hitting comic shops and the Marvel Comics app this March!

The people are in a mad panic probably cause Doc Ock is being a douche. Its amazing what lengths a villain goes through to get revenge.

Why does this seem like Batman: R. I. P. to Spidey to me? Still, I'm intrigued.

To Marvel:

Your feeble attempts to make me pick up Spider-Man again since You-Know-What amuse me. Try harder next time.

Um abraço, Caio Trubat.

Well this looks like something Spider-Man isn't used to dealing with. What are those people suffering from? A disease? Disease terrorism? There's something you wouldn't expect in an issue of the Amazing Spider-Man. Whatever it is it looks outside the usual Spider-Man norm... could be good.

I'm taking a guess this has to do with the Jackal. I remember back during Clone Saga how Ben Reilly accused Jackal of some atrocity in a small town. I don't think they went into any details but Jackal had attacked him over the comment so it must have been bad. This picture reminds me of that comment.
