The Next Image Comic You Need to Buy - ZERO

We normally don't start talking about the week's new releases until Monday in our weekly ESSENTIALS lists. But having just read Image's latest new comic, ZERO, you need to start planning on buying it today.

ZERO is written by Ales Kot. You might remember how much we dug his SUICIDE SQUAD issues. The art for the first issue is by Michael Walsh. You've hopefully seen his art on COMEBACK and THE X-FILES: SEASON 10. This issue is pretty intense. Warning, it's not for kids.

Here's the solicit for issue #1:

SAVING THE WORLD. ONE MURDER AT A TIME. Edward Zero is the perfect execution machine - a spy who breaks the rules to get things done. When a stolen device appears in the center of a long-running conflict, Zero comes to retrieve it. The problem is, the device is inside a living, breathing, bio-modified terrorist and there's an entire army after it.
