Quentin? It would make sense, he was never depowered but kept in stasis by Beast, and I hope they could explain what happen to him during the Messiah Complex ending when the mansion was destroyed.

@Timandm: True, i like the whole mind and body thing with her and Ernst (i don't even know what happened to HER), maybe in Morrison stayed around for a bit longer we might have seen something evolve with her but writers these days......>.>, it would be nice to see her with Quentin's powers but I'd like to see her with a female body(she's apparently quite pretty O.O)Well, of all the body-less brains in the Marvel Universe, she probably IS the sexiest... LOL!
Yeah, I have to agree it'd be nicer to see her with a female body...Maybe with her powers mingled with Quetin's she could just....change...Like those dinosaur in Jurassic Park. Regarding Ernst, I think she's a classic example of one writer starting a story that never gets told... The last I recall seeing her, was in New X-Men 150 where Xorn/Magneto killed Jean... Ernst was there... and then..............................................
Do you find it odd that she's alive (Martha) and kept in an aquarium bowl, in a world where cybernetic beings are becoming common? What I mean is, why hasn't team science, or forge, or maddison Jefferies built her an android body? In fact, it should be a cake walk for Jefferies who has had the 'Box' armor for years now; he can even merge with it. Since his power enables him to basically make anything he can imagine (from plastic, metal, and..um.. what not) you'd think he could spare about five minutes to make her a body...
Pink Hair is definitely Quentin Quire... But is the African American girl Cipher? I would LOVE to see her come back. She was there during Young X-Men and then just...not...Yeah I was thinking that the pink hair was Quentin also. But I think the african girl is Idie from Gen Hope not Cipher.

Since when that girl form generation hope replaced Mercury on that group of friends? She is far more interesting IMO that any of the generation hope kids.
Absolutely! I can barely stand the whole Gen Hope group (including Hope herself). But Laurie (and maybe Gabriel when he gets a bit more mature) is so sweet and would fit in perfectly with the New X-men crowd.
Laurie and Kenji are the only ones from the five lights that I can stand (alongside Hope because I read her growing up during Cable's entire series) because at least they though a bit about their powers unlike the ice+fire super-original character, the mexican speedster (speedy gonzales... U.U) who wait, is not a speedster but instead makes time go faster for him... and the so original, increible well though... feral animalistic character... (he is what, the number 289670987124 on the list?)
The last three can all die (I can see Sabretooth killing Teon when he returns as Teon seems to be developing a relationship with Wolverine, maybe Indie dies during Schism and Cohuelo could speed time so much that he becomes a corpse...), they are stealing the spotlight from the academy-x characters that are far more interesting than them.
I'm ok with Laurie and Kenji, but Laurie shouldn't replace Mercury (redhead with weird skin and a reactive body...) and this is what annoyed me about Laurie being there with Mercury friends...
When I heard who the villains were for this, between Kid Omega, Sentinels, and some little kid(Who seemingly came out of nowhere...)) being the new Black King of the Hellfire club...I'm really not certain. I feel more inclined to wait for the outcome then I'll inves some interest. Fear Itself: X-Men is okay thus far.
