Bleeding from the eyes because of getting punched ? Isn't that a bit over the top ? I mean she is God of War, dammit O.o Also that cover, why would Diana beat Donna to death like that ? Such false covers, man.

Any book under the editorial of Eddie Bergaza is going to be bad. Superman books, WW, Teen Titans. All crap because of this guy.

Wonder Woman may be the biggest success of the New 52. I went from not really caring for the character, to putting her in my top 5. Gotta say though, that I just cannot stand that costume

WW is kinda weak for the God of War.

Toughest fight of Diana's life? I don't see World War Hulk in this comic. :D

This book sucks. Miss Azz's run, what a drop off in quality.

Ok. I'm confused. I'm was under the impression that new52 WW is actually more powerful than new52 Superman. What the hell is happening here?

I think minor issues with it hold it back from being great. Overall concept is great but they went over board with the stingers and loin cloth design.

Think WW was letting him hit her as she didn't fight back plus he claimed he got a power-up idk *shrugs*

That's gotta be the ugliest costume in modern comics. The horrible writing goes right along with it.

Brad Anderson is a terrific colorist, seriously, this guy makes Justice League and Wonder Woman to have gorgeous art.

It's most likely a result of getting hit by Aegeus' arrow. The same happened in Wonder Woman #43 after she was shot.

Still looks like crap, still reads terrible. Needs new creative team ASAP.

Would like to see Genevieve valentine takeover Wonder Woman.

I don't think the blood from her eyes is because of the hitting. It could have something to do with the arrow she was hit with before or it could be a side effect from being the god of war.

Why do WW fans complain so much. When Azzarello was around you complained about everything he did, now that he's gone you're complaining that he's gone and the Finch's are on the book now. If you don't like the story just don't read it, don't buy the issues, no one is forcing you to. Maybe then DC will get a different team on the book. I for one find myself enjoying the Finches' work from time to time so I don't mind reading it.

Wonder Woman's new uniform is not better than her old uniform. The best version of her costume is the Jason Fabok version shown in Justice League (boy, I hope they never move that series forward to the timeline where Supes is a t-shirt wearing', depowered bro, Bats is RoboGordon, and Fabok is forced to draw this lackluster WW costume). I understand what WW is trying to do in this preview. But if Aegeus is knocking WW around to the point that she is drawing blood, shouldn't the punches be forceful enough to move WW a certain distance and not just knock her on the ground?

Love the art work. Despise the costume. The best modern version of the costume is the new 52 Earth 2 Wonder Woman. It looks like the costume while paying homage to her Greco-Roman roots.

The costume is awesome aside from the wrist blades

@truemarvel: No, not in general. But in the current Action and Superman series, Superman is temporarily depowered. This goes back to his newly found solar flare power, which actually depleted his other powers if that makes sense. In the long run, it will all back to the norm. It just makes for a different type of Superman story from a more human level.

@starbrand1: Check their art without Brad's colors. It's not the same thing, but they are really good artists as well. Btw, Finch's art has improved a lot, his work on WW is much better than Forever Evil.

@jas0: I have been Following Finch since the 90's, and Fabok for about 4 years now... they are Amazing artists, without that colorist. That is a fact.

Both Finch's are getting better with each issue ... looking forward to the next installment
