is kinda Ironic if you think about it, the destroyer can't lift Mjolnirg it just carry it, thinking that a destroyer is worthy is like saying "You are a idiot Odin, Cul is worthy".

Problem is , it is DOOM who deems who is worthy or not here soo I would guess more villains would be ''worthy'' to carry the hammer.

No, The Destroyer is a machine not a sentient being.
