This may be my current favorite Marvel series. It's been fantastic.

Is it me, or does this art style look similar to the new Batgirl art style? Two words come to mind: Hipster Comics.

I love Silk, maybe even slightly more than Peter right now.

Hope Silk messes up Black Cat badly.

This is the best "spider" book on shelves if you ask me. Loving it so far.

Yep and they are making her even crazier. Hell there is a cliffhanger in Amazing Spider-man that she is on May Parker's house window because she won a small item in the auction that belonged to Felicia and now she is gonna steal it back. Now THAT will be so fun , right ? right ? .... >_>

Still need to read the first 2 issues. The variant to this issue is so much better than the regular.

I'm just not a fan of what they did to Black Cat's personality. Her being a villain doesn't bother me, although it's not my favorite, but her personality shift and how it came about was just very abrupt. Felicia just doesn't feel like Felicia anymore.

You can already tell they are gonna do a Silk movie with Black Cat as the villain.

It is just the current trend. Not much different than when Joe Mad pretty much started the whole Amerimangame that every comic tried to adopt for a while. At least they are picking titles that the styles works for...for the most part. This will start to settle down in the future as well, although it definitely has a place.

I will say that this is the most detailed art I have seen from KA on a cover in a while. Very unique faces on the two.

@granitesoldier: The problem is they took Felicia too far to the dark side. Every criminal has their place on the dark side scale, and they don't normally go darker. Even considering how her life got screwed up by Doc Ock's Spidey, that doesn't justify how far they moved her.

Personally, I think Felicia got kidnapped by a Skrull...

Well, BC being a villain at least makes her somewhat different than Catwoman.

I just hope when Felicia & Silk fight, theres a lot of pillows nearby. & they tear each others clothes off, before they finally kiss & make up over this misunderstanding.

I think Silk's mask should match the rest of her suit more though.

her costume is fantastic

@cobramorph: Not really. Catwoman's going through a similar arc right now. Her's just happens to be better written.
