Dr. Strange is a boss.
Is it just me or does that cover art make it seem like the Black Swan's could turn out to be alternate reality versions of certain Marvel women?
Good, real previews this time
@teerack: Yeah Original Sin was awful, hopefully a reboot is coming and that can be wiped out of continuity. Who knows, maybe it will end up turning into the next Identity Crisis, a series that sucks when in continuity, but is brilliant when it isn't.
@teerack: the whole point of Original Sin was:
1) Make Thor lose the hammer in most absurd way possible. All it took was a whisper.
2) Release Silk from bunker.
3) Make Captain America remeber all and once again rage.
4) Turn Hulk into a Doc Green.
5) Make Bucky the new man on the wall.
6) Make Angela Thor's sister.
7) Etc.
About this Rabum Alla... Alal - well, it can be Beyounder Beyounder, Magus (the love for dark grey skin, red eyes, "worship me or die or just die") or some other big bad, but Nick Fury? No way. xD

Challenge: instead of saying "a whisper" say "the vast knowledge of the Watcher." Because the volume in which the information was provided really means nothing. A bullhorn wouldn't have somehow made it more significant...
I hope it isn't Nick Fury that would such a letdown. It is likely some version of Molecule Man. I am hoping for something shocking like it is The Stranger- who does nothing for nothing but has season tix to every cosmic event party, or The Watcher.
@rubear: I was talking about the main story. All of the Fury stuff became pointless and tacked on just so they can get to an stage to set up a lot of different stories. The tie-ins had value but not the main event. I refuse to believe that only thing a of value to come from the main story was Thor losing his hammer and Bucky leaving earth. Neither or those things are follow ups or related tot he story of Nick Fury with him getting trapped as the new Watcher.
@earthsmightiest: Sorry but only DC is allowed to not put Ragman in their comics.
:(
@captainmarvel4ever: Ugh. I hate when people throw around the idea of a crisis in marvel. I actually can't image anything worse. I think marvel is advertising Secret Wars the way they are to send people down the Crisis/Flashpoint red herring.
@saren: Hickman wrote that for FF, we saw the return of future Franklin Richards, and Dr Doom is playing a big role in this story. So yah, wouldn't be surprised.
Hmm, a thought just came to me, could Rabum Alal be an alternate Doctor Doom, perhaps in that Universe Doom held the Beyonder's power from their original Secret Wars? That would explain why the Ivory Kings/Beyonders are at war with Rabum and seek to destroy the Multiverse so no other native can usurp their power.
All Hope lies in Doom!!
@earthsmightiest: in universe where Doom held Beyounder power he, as far as i can remeber, not decimated the universe, he just killed off celectials. Also i heard that Alal's birth alone devasted his universe and triggered this incursions, no?

The universe where Doom battled the Celestials was a What If universe where he obtained the Infinity Gauntlet. Yes, the origin Universe of Rabum Alal was destroyed upon his birth. I however don't interpret that as his/her/its actual birth but when he ascended, which easily could have been during Secret Wars 2 when the child Beyonder had come to Earth, perhaps Doom succeeded in taking its power a second time destroying his native universe in the act.
Its only idol speculation.
@earthsmightiest: and "our" Doom with Molecule Man are trying to find out what actually happened by going to the source and the beginning. Coincidence?)
Hmm, could have sworn I posted to this already but here goes again:
Dat cover. And wow, a preview of New Avengers? It feels like it's been years since the last one.
Any news on any collected editions? I have the 600 page Infinity book and I'd like something similar for the stories that came after that.
@earthsmightiest: you were almost right.
