Can some one tell me why Hal is no longer in the corup and what that glove is he has ?

@z3ro180: The whole story is in issue 39. Short answer though is that he's trying to make the Corps. look good by going rogue, and that glove is Krona's Gauntlet, it has the power of 10 rings.
