Sad that hatred never dies.............you know I might pick this up.

I love that team variant cover the line up in this book has a lot of potential.

I'm happy to have jean back in some form, hopefully this Lemire can really do something with the character other then make her a nosy teen like bendis did.

Must...resist urge...to like teen Jean...must not fall for Lemires good writing...must continue hatred.

Dammit this looks good...and he just no sold Bendis' relationship anus pull! Hells Yea! Lemire is a team player, if he can undo the mountain of Mary Sue BS that is Teen Jean I'm gonna seek him out and give him a hug.

Man he tore apart that Jean-Hank romance before it could even start. Well played Lemire. Well played.

Looks good.

Score. This was the only way for Marvel to wipe the board of Jean's baggage, and it was well played. But thank you Marvel from putting the follow through in the hands of another writer.

Loved the first issue, and this one looks good as well. Lemire is quickly becoming my favorite writer. Now if only he could find a place for Gambit.....

Ah man, I might have been alone, but I really liked the Hank/Jean romance. Oh well. Everything else here looks awesome.

I enjoyed the first issue. So I'll probably be picking up this one. A vast improvement over Bendis' X-Men titles. And this coming from someone who isn't even that big of an X-Men fan.

So my flat out hatred of Jean Grey has gradually transformed into a love-hate relationship. If this decent writing (no such thing as good writing when Jean is involved) keeps on going in this direction, pretty soon people won't have too much of a reason to complain anymore.

I knew Lemire was bluffing when he said that he loved Bendis' run. Good on you Lemire, you just kept me in for another issue

The beggining of the end

"Excuse me, are you a Mutant or are you an Inhuman?"

Well she could always vid this with her phone, then stop it and call the cops and have them arrested for assault and then help the mutant file a civil law suit (and possible federal hate crime charges) that would drain their bank accounts and take what ever property they have, but her way is emotionally satisfying too.

Nice, better writing for Jean YAY! I hate the way Omega class mutants get treated, so much power that always brings about insanity or death, its awesome to think of young Jean Grey accelerating her power development without Xavier's suppression while at the same time growing in control of them. Remember, before she was plagued with thoughts rampantly entering her head and already she is maintaining balance.

I'm betting that Bendis already knew that the Beast/Jean crap wouldn't have stuck after his run and he only did it to troll everyone.

This seems like a great time to start getting into Marvel Comics. I want to start with this. Jean looks awesome.

The way mutants are discriminated against, their chances of winning that case are slim to none, and slime just left town.

It would draw a lot of press attention and that worked well in the late 1960's. How many people were moved when Bobby Seal was tied and gagged in court? It's the sort of story that would be hard for a comic book to handle and I don't think the author has the talent nor marvel the ambition to try it, but it would be a great story if done well. Certainly better that Jean predictably roughing up some punks in an alley.

Wow, anti-mutant bigotry? I am shocked I tell you, shocked. Boy, this new direction Marvel is taking sure is unique. Yup, I sure am glad we have this new, bold, creative direction. Thanks for giving me exactly what I wanted Marvel!

Presime is still as idiot as before though. You have superpowers...what does it matter how you got it where people classifies ''Mutants'' vs ''Other Super-people''.

I mean Spider-man could be considered a Mutant to average people. They don't know his radioactive spider stuff. And it MUTATED him too. Yet people don't ''hate'' that ?

This whole Mutant hatred thing is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen in a universe like Marvel where you can't go couple of blocks without seeing a super-powered being. And yet only Mutants yet hatred. It is just bad writing.

Sooo, a telepath would never guess she dates a bigot, until everything culminates into a most cliched, blatant, unimaginative "you're one of them!!!!!!!!" freakouts, that was totally never seen in the X-comics before.

Anyway, flatscans being flatscans, according to Marvel. Fine, I'll be waiting for Magneto|ificent Punisher to come and react properly and reasonably then. Dream is for masochists apparently.
