R.I.P. canucklehead. Marvel may have thrown you into nearly everything they could over the past couple of years but I always enjoyed seeing those witty remarks from you.

Edit: actually I think the guy in the tank is wolverine and that was a flashback.

Art looks cool and is it just me or does Wolverine look like a gay cowboy on the first cover

I'm still not convinced this is an actual 616 story since it outright contradicts the Wolverine comic that was supposed to lead directly into the first issue, as well as other current Marvel continuity.

@roy_el: Yeah, that was pretty weird - I read Nightcrawler #7 and immediately checked my other books to make sure I didn't miss something.

those definitely looked like clones of Wolverine. He will probably go out in a blaze of glory fighting all of them to the death and winning but then succumbing to the injuries he sustains during the fight. typical hero fashion.

also does he no longer have his claws attached to him? they look like they are just strapped to his arm unable to retract them?

He is encased in molten adamantium. We all know he isn't really dead inside, just resting until someone can crack into it.

@xaos: I thought I'm ultimate spider-man ggwen came back or something like that. I have not read them all just some.

And I think this would make a great animated series /movies
