You know what this reminds me of this reminds me of Batman Beyond with Sam acting as Terry and Steve acting as Bruce

Also funny thing. An older Amanda Waller A black woman, realized the world needed Batman so she helped create Terry, a young white man.

Here, Steve Rogers an old white man realized the world needed a Captain America, so he handed the reins to Sam, a young black man.
