How do people in a world without Asgard have a concept of Asgard again?

@stahlflamme: Because Thor's, to go into more detail its possible that with Doom commandeering so much Asgardian folk lore and paraphernalia as part of his god persona that people associate Asgard with god Doom and his subordinates, or Asgardian may just be considered a brand of magic on Battle World. I don't know if you are reading the main Secret Wars book but there is one conversation that Sheriff Strange has that really puts context too and lets me rationalize a lot of the annoying inconsistencies of Battle World.

@mangakid1995: So, question then, one of the things that's been bugging me is how the She-Hulk in A-Force became She-Hulk? In normal 616 lore she got it from a blood donation from her cousin Banner, but I have not heard anything of Bruce Banner's existence in this part of BattleWorld. So, how did she get her powers? Also, applies to Carol Danvers.
