New Thor's Identity Revealed in THOR #8

That actually looks like it'll be a badass battle but the feminism is just too strong in seeing Odinson and a legion or other females taking down The Destroyer. I'm not sure why they would all agree to help anyway.

Why is Odinson the only male fighting the armor?, I know this book is meant to promote women and feminism but at the end of the day feminism is about equality so should there not be all types of people fighting the armor?

umm yea, it is not officially revealed just based off of todays issue. its alluding to it, but we dont see her actually lifting mjolnir.

One thing is that Thor has pretty much assembled every single female Avenger with a few extra's, which is pretty nifty.

But how exactly is it the Destroyer shrugs off the axe, when the axe actually worked as intended against Celestials and the Destroyer was (putting it bluntly) a miserable failure. I suppose I am just over thinking it...

we dont know yet. people have been jumping the gun on this subject for 7 months. its alluding to it being Roz, but we havnt been shown yet.

I don't recognize the woman on the last page with the ridiculous headdress; is that supposed to be Hela or something? Regardless, the art and colours are stunning. I hope Aaron's appropriately grateful for being blessed with the work of Dauterman.

Who ever it is will have the worst case of helmet hair ever! Personally I'm not really sure that I care, once she's revealed it'll probably be all downhill for her from that point.

Most likely to be Roz, though there are a few red herrings to show otherwise (hair color, seeming to be in two places at the same time). Really though, those reading the series just to find out are missing the bigger and better story.

I'm kinda hoping that regardless of who The Goddess of Thunder is that the Destroyer really does bust everyone that's a part of this arc. Odin wins, but Aaron logic makes him realize that he was wrong after seeing who it is (even though it is likely, unless it's Jane, that he'll have no clue who it is) and all will be "well"

Whatever the case may be, if Aaron wants to plant his feet in the ground on this he better have some DAMN good stories coming after this sales push arc.
