Marvel Teaser: X-TERMINATION - Comic Book Preview

Marvel has just sent over a new teaser. As usual, there isn't much information aside from the words, "Worlds Collide. March 2013."

Seeing Nightcrawler from the Age of Apocalypse world here lets us know he'll survive leaving the pages of UNCANNY X-FORCE. Because of who he left with, looks like he may now be opposing Wolverine.

We'll have to wait until March 2013 to find out what's going on, if this is an event or a title and which creators will be involved.

this could go one of two ways : 1. they kill off AoA kurt because its what marvel does kill off characters 2. AoA kurt becomes a villain which would be interesting if done right

I think this, combined with the future WatXM arc involving the Bamfs and Azrael (NC father) are the first footsteps for the return of the REAL 616 Nightcrawler that I like so much :D AoE NC is fine and is an opportunity to show how far his powers can be used without morals, but 616 Kurt is soooooo superior to him as a character...

Too bad AoA Nightcrawler can't port off with adamantium body parts. Cuz barring that, all he can do is, well, die.

And the art's not the best, but I wouldn't say it sucks or is terrible by any stretch personally.

We're such a psychology of extremes we are.

X-terminated is the name of team from the current AoA book. Should be good.

Well seeing as how selfish AoA Nightcrawler has been since his affiliation with X-Force, it wouldn't surprise me if AoA Kurt goes bad with Mystique and forms a new Brotherhood, then after whatever the hell is happening in the future, 616 Kurt should reappear miraculously and have a sparring match with his AoA version of himself! AoA version would get defeated and go back to his homeworld. While 616 Kurt would become leader of a sanction of X-Men who believe in him. That is something that I'd buy to read!!

Why so much hate toward the Bradshaw art? Yeah Wolverines arm looks a bit funny but still.

Wow that does seem intriguing to me, for the AoA Nightcrawler to apparently be in 616 continuity. Hmm, I wonder if they actually would make this into a big event?

I don't know about everyone else, but my biggest quip about the artwork is the way Nightcrawler's sword is going through Logan's arm.
