Marvel Reveals Covers For 'Uncanny X-Men' #1 and #2

There's no question about it; Marvel is turning the X-Men universe on its head with the recent developments in 'Schism,' but the question remains; what does the future hold for the X-Men? Out of all the possible designs your could come up with for Sinister, they pick a friggin tuxedo?!! sigh. Hope his actions are better than his wardrobe!

I also would like to see Namor go back to the Sea but I am super excited to see Sinister come back!

I have to agree that it's nice to see an X-Men book without Wolverine front and centre in it. I'm really tired of Mr. "I'm the best there is at what I do and what I do is repetitive"...

I'll have to wait on this as well. for $4 I'm just not as satisfied with his X-Men as I once was. If he plans on writing Pete as he has and doing the Namor, Scott, Emma triangle I'm more than good with sitting it out. I'll finish his run leading up to this volume though. Glad to see Sinister back around. Man, Pacheco's art is serviceable, but nothing to get excited about. I HATE the costume he always puts Emma in. Give her her pants back!!!

UXM is my standby so I'll be there. Sinister looks kind of silly in that suit, I don't know why I feel that way about it.

You my friend, just made my day. Sometimes i think i'm the only cyclops fan out there. And wolverine is over-rated i think

Uncanny X-Men 2 looks great with Essex on the cover there. Yes the suit looks sort of retro but I'm a big fan so its a nice little surprise in the artwork for me. Great stuff!

He has 23 confirmed from covers I believe and that includes Storm, Namor, and Magneto.

Really doubt he is going to have that many problems.

SINISTER! Wasn't sure if I cared about anyone in this comic other than Storm, but if Sinister is the villain, I'm in!

They're both gorgeous covers and I think Storm especially looks great in that first one.

@spiderbat87: Heck, people seem to forget that Professor X sent a team of youngsters to their death in order to save another group of youngsters who had gone missing/been captured thanks to his poor leadership.
