Each week we post previews for the following week's Marvel Comics. They are on our Previews Forum but sometimes people forget to poke around there. Below you will find the covers to the Marvel Comics on sale 7/2/14.
Marvel Comics Previews: 7/2/14
Just Black Widow and Punisher for me.
I read DD and FF, but I don't read .01 issues or whatever that special FF issue is.
All-New X-Factor
Black Widow
Captain America
Iron Fist: The Living Weapon
Moon Knight
Punisher
Rocket Raccoon
Thor: God of Thunder
Still on the fence about Star-Lord and New Warriors.
I don't usually get .01 issues but I'll definitely pick up Daredevil. Also Magneto and Ultimate Spider-Man.
@patrat18: It's that digital Infinite miniseries from a few months back collected.
Anyone have any thing to say about the All New X-Factor?
1. Hope they do a redesign of Star-Lord - more comic booky less movie style
2. No 5 dollar comics!
For me: Black Widow(for obvious reasons), Legendary Star-Lord(looks great & fun), Rocket Raccoon(for the same reasons as Star-Lord), Moon Knight, Thor: God of Thunder, & Iron Fist(all 3 of which are consistently good).
Marvel is officially kicking DC's ass this month and officially gonna make me broke.
On a darker note, Remender's run on Cap continues to make me sad- maybe seeing Bucky in Black Widow will make up for that.
@milleniumpuppet: but it's pretty much the same but red and without the helmet
@captaingenisvell: it's a reference to The Raid.
- Star-Lord
- Rocket Raccoon
- Daredevil (maybe, I don't care for 0.1 issues though)
- Guardians of the Galaxy is one series I'm behind on so I may get the back issues I need and get all caught up
Look at all of those GOTG comics coming out next week.
Isn't it great!
This is crazy. 5 years ago I couldn't get anyone to have even a brief conversation with me about the Guardians, now everyone on here is a die-hard fan. Lol. I'm cool with the band-wagoners though, and love to see cosmic Marvel getting some more respect.
Now if only the Guardians would start doing cosmic stuff again....
I would get the Star-Lord comic since he's one of my favorites, but Sam Humphries is writing it... So I will surely not be getting it as, Humphries in his short writing history has made me hate and really dislike characters I once loved. Thus if I want to continue enjoying Star-Lord I won't read this series by humphries, as I'm sure I'd end up hating star-lord after a few issues..
P.S. I bet Humphries writes this series after having only read like 3 issues total of Gaurdians of the Galaxy. His X-force seemed like he barely checked out remenders version and then went to town doing his own thing. Remender did his own version of x-force, Humphries did his version of 'remender's x-force' rather than a 'humphries x-force' he did 'humphries remenders x-force' and failed more than should be allowed by marvel while still getting actually published.
@star-lord: I know right.
Massive Marvel week for me. Black Widow, Moon Knight, Punisher, Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, & Thor: GoT.
Also, Original Sin #5. I'm pretty sure it comes out this week too. Not sure why it's not previewed here.
This will be a big week for Marvel for me. I will definitely be getting Punisher, Black Widow, Thor, Magneto, and Captain America. I will probably get Star Lord and Rocket Raccoon too. On top of all the awesomeness that Marvel is putting out, there is also Swamp Thing, Batman 66 Meets Green Hornet, and the new Robocop comic all on my pull list for next week. Maybe the week after next will be more merciful on my wallet.

I was wondering about this too. It looks like all the previews sites are saying that comes out this week now too?
Well, that Magneto cover's a shoe-in for one of the week's best.

It's one of my favorite Marvel books running right now. Ships twice a month. Great team, and Peter David is one of Marvel's best writers.

I have less criticism and more praise for All-New X-Factor than for anything marvel's put out in years. If I was only going to recommend one marvel book right now, it would most likely be the one.
