First Look: Uncanny X-Men #2

This week we saw the first issue of the relaunched Uncanny X-Men. Mister Sinister has made his return and it doesn't look like he's playing around this time. With plans that seem more ambitious than before, it's going to be up to Cyclops and his new squad of X-Men to take care of the threat.

It seems so (see in the last page).

I wonna know how he got to controll the dreaming celestial?

TBH, Uncanny X-Men #1 wasn't all that to me, I'll pick up this issue though to see if it can raise my interest..

To be honest it would be much more wierd if she got her arm back all of a sudden. I don't know whether I'm happy or sad that she doesn't really care about her arm having been "amputated" for a lack of a better term, but I digged the fact that Cyclops didn't really care about it. He didn't let it get to him and I think it lets us see how dedicated to his stance he is. I don't know whether I'd like for this to be permanent though... We've already got enough dismemberment in the X-Men universe.

This actually looks a little interesting.  I don't mind the look Mr. Sinister is sporting either.  Guess I'll have to pick up a copy.  Thanks.
 
Amputee Emma?  When did that happen?  Uncanny X-Men #1?  Makes me wonder if she'll get some sort high tech prosthetic limb.

In the first issue of Uncanny X-Men... she probably made a fortune off the diamond arm she lost :)

Emma was shattered to pieces at one point while in her diamond form, putting her arm back on is nothing.

She'll get her arm back soon, but now is not the time to do so.

They need to stop sinister from doing any more harm

Right, but it took PF to put her back together.

There's only one PF wielder as of now and it's Hope...who is not by any means Emma's biggest fan. And it's possible that she doesn't have the experience with the PF to do such painstaking work.

Is it wrong to root for Mr. Sinister and his evil plans? I like him better than I like this team, and he looks so fabulous.

I hope they leave Emma's arm off for a while, make something interesting happen to her.

Mmmh, Emma still got her two arms. That's jut bad drawing. You can notice the fnger behind her thighs.

They better have a good reason for what Sinister is doing with the Dreaming Celestial, considering that Archangel kinda deactivated it in Uncanny X-Force.

Yeah, I'm hoping that Emma gets her arm back.

Dont like any character getting mutilated as part of a story. Emma has been shattered to pieces before so its no impossible that she cant be put back together again. I for one hope they writers have not elected Emma to become the new poor cripled mutant for this group since hellion went to the school. The stuff with Sinister looks interesting looking forward to more.
