Why no Earth X cap, he was the best one

US Agent has his arm and leg back. I guess the Watcher has the power to restore him, they are cybernetics, or this is a younger version / alternate earth US Agent.

The fact that it has not only Bucky still as Cap AND that he's also co-leading this team, you can bet I'm getting this!!! ^_^

Well this is a surprise. Bucky's going to live through Fear Itself. Well War Killer, looks like you can relax now.

Seems kinda gimmicky like the Deadpool Corps.

This is WWII Steve, so no reason that it shouldn't be a younger US Agent.

  OR it could be Steve Rogers when he wore that costume as "The Captain".   Steve wore that black outfit when he gave up the Captain America mantle in refusal to be a puppet for the government.   The current USAgent was tapped to be Steve's replacement as Captain America.   At the end of the story arc, it was discovered that the Red Skull was manipulating the US government and Steve returned to being Captain America.   USAgent then took Steve's black costume as his own.

Ok, I'm not so confused anymore. Captain America Corps is supposed to be a mini-series about different Caps pulled from different/alternate timelines, right? So, I guess Bucky does not survive after all.
