Red She-Hulk if anyone. She's been shown having a decent involvement in the series so far. I'm not sure I've even seen Jen in a background anywhere, imo.

Oh man! That would SO add a new dimension to the Marvel Universe! LOL! So, if Luke Cage's wife Jessica was infected with said virus, and she became a man.... um.. Never mind.... Let's not go there.
hawkeye, iron man, iron fist, wolverine, ms marvel (those are the easy ones). The other ones should be (I couldn't figure it out them on the top of my head): 1. Red She-Hulk (read issue #3. its bound to happen) 2. Deadpool (c'mon, tell me this won't be like, the coolest thing ever!) 3. Silver Surfer (Do I even heve to explain this one?) 4. Colossus (well, with Wolverine on the team, there would the amazing possibility of a MIGHTY FASTBALL SPECIAL!, and a strong man to rival Hulk and the Thing!)
WHY DOES WOLVERINE HAVE TO BE A MAIN CHARACTER IN EVERYTHING? he isn't that great and there are plenty of other actually great characters who are completely ignored by writers in favor of overused wolverine. I AM ON WOLVERINE OVERLOAD. HE'S SO OVERUSED.
I think that since tehre were two heroes in the worthy at least two villans shoudl have been chosen for the mighty. Maybe the Teenage Loki and Dracula? or another villan Idk? This just seems to predictable. I do like iron Fist there though.

I wish they'd had more variety in the characters picked instead of just the obvious heroes. The Mighty should be: -Iron Fist -Daredevil so he can redeem himself after Shadowland -Gambiit -Sue Storm - Jessica Jones - Ka-zar - Speedball - Patriot -War Machine - And Bob, Agent Of Hydra to take out The Serpent then Deadpool an steal his weapon aha

I think behind Wolverine and next to Iron Man, holding the sword, is either She-Hulk or Valkryie. I'd say it's She-Hulk though, seeing as Titania is involved.

@Yung ANcient One: Yes the characters I've picked are random but I'd prefer these heroes to have these characters instead of the mainstream obvious choices, like they picked mismatch, random characters for The Worthy, so why not The Mighty?
It looks like the New Avenger's lineup minus Luke Cage Added with maybe Valkyrie the reason i say Valkyrie because she was on the frontline after the assault from the worthy, and having flashback when odin spared her. so dr. strange, spiderman, ironfist, Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Ms.Marvel, wolverine, Valkyrie, Ms.Marvel, IronMan
