It doesn’t exactly count as escape from rogue Tharks who wanted to sell you for meat, if you’re lost in a system of caves and they’re chasing you. But it might count for something if a beaten and traumatized Dejah Thoris can start fighting back in the darkness and killing some of them!

I entered this thread excited and left depressed.

Black Bat seems interesting, so does the Spider but the preview for his issue didn't look very exciting.

I haven't been reading the indivdual books but I have been reading masks which takes all the above listed classic pulps and it is fantastic.

I just flicked through The Spider pages without reading them and they reminded me of Archer lol

I'm waiting for 'Dejah Thoris & the Green Men ...' to come out in Trade.
