Come on now. The woman is just being more practical. She knows that any costume she might put on, will most likely be shredded to pieces, so she decided that less is better. That's all :P

@Gambler: That too, yeah. Dejah is a smart woman and has apparently thought of all this beforehand. Her costume is DEFINITELY NOT like this because of fanservice. But of course there are always people who are going to say that. Tsk, tsk, tsk :P

Dejah Thoris, absolutely AWESOME title. Is it me though or is the depiction of Dejah in the background of the Renaud cover a little reminiscent of Megan Fox? Just seems that way. Such a great title though. Anything dealing with Barsoom is awesome, and as far as people having stuff to say about the costume, well, again, I just reiterate...read the Barsoom novels by E. R. Burroughs and you will see why her costume depiction is spot on and consistent and appropriate. I know, doesn't mean you have to like it and all but, but its accurate and for me that's all that matters.

@zackattack529: Believe it or not Pathfinder has been pretty good so far.I don't play the game and was attracted to this because I was looking to replace Elric with another High Fantasy title now that Elric has ended it's run.In some ways Pathfinder is better scripted in so far as the fight sequences. Those 4 Eternal Champions in Elric did tend to stand around and talk a lot if you know what I mean.Good sense of humor in the way the Barbarian(that's what I call him) gets played by the 2 female members of the team.Check it out on the web if it is available to catch up and decide from there.

You got to be kidding me. The art from Dejah Throis is freaking ridiculous. Completely disrespectful in regards to how they actually see a female hero. Damn perverts.

Has anyone else seen Seinfeld? There is good naked and ugly naked, Dejah Throis is ugly naked.

@Alton: I prefer the Pathfinder universe vs the Dungeons and Dragons universe which got pretty streamlined.

I want to pick this up and Flash Gordon Zeitgeist this week.

Pathfinder looks pretty cool, and those Dejah Thoris covers are nice...that's kinda all I can say about that though.

The artwork in Dejah Thoris isn't as good as it used to be.

Really I don't care much for the nudity because that was in the source material. I am more concerned with the fact there is vampires in Saturn, which I don't think was ever brought up in the original books ever.
