I thought DCnU Grunge was destroyed by Superboy?

They better explain Fairchild, Grunge and Rainmaker being here cuz they've all made their debuts already

Possible explanations:
1) Clone.
2) That was dream|nightmare.

@deadknight: Superboy never killed Grunge. He hurt him by pulling out all the NOWHERE enhancements in his body. I believe that he was shown in the medical unit later on. Then again they could ignore that like how they haven't mentioned how Caulder escaped NOWHERE and created 2 Doom Patrols

*sigh* Yeah yeah, blah blah blah angst, blah blah blah bad stuff happens, blah blah blah this isn't the Kara I once loved!

Well, DC, you have done what I never thought anyone could do: you made sh*t so dark that I honestly don't care what happens to anyone in these books anymore. Literally the only consistency I can depend on is that the general condition of things is just going to keep getting worse and worse.

Am I the only one who misses this Supergirl?:

Kryptonite in the atmosphere? I'd suggest calling Captain Planet, but I'm too worried that the DCU would corrupt him. "Man of Steel" is the one thing keeping a shred of my hope alive.

I dunno, I think the new look is kinda cool. But maybe I'm just tired of people always calling it body armor when it's so obviously spandex. But thanks for agreeing.

I kind of hoped Kara would stay Red.

He wasn't destroyed or even killed. Superboy only removd the implant that enables Grunge to change into other forms.

So, does anybody know if this is Tony Bedard's last issue on the title?

I wish DC would have Kara be introduced in the New52 as a member of the RLC or even a green, hell any color, but have her use a Lantern & let Linda Danvers or Cir-El be Supergirl.

Sigh....I DONT miss the old Supergirl....sitting through her book from start to finish was hard....But if we got even a little bit of the interpersonal stuff from those runs i'd be happy because then this character would do something other then hit things and get attacked by aliens.

@amazingwebhead: Totally agree, I gave this book over 20 issues, because Supergirl was one of my favorite heroes. I could accept her anger and confusion at this new world, because, hey, it felt natural. However, every issue I got sunk my heart even lower, of course there were a few bright moments, but I couldn't take this new "angry teen" direction for this book. I want the fun and sweet Kara back :(

well at least that explains how kara got free of the red lantern ring. Just glad that fairchild is back yes some exposure to the wildstorm characters. Just need to know where Majestic is and what helspot is up to.
