Might have to pick this up. If only for the guest appearance by my favorite superhero

That the art is amazing?

I just love how Hank went through all the trouble to put a giant A on the bottom of his boots. Is that his way of telling people that it's ok if he accidentally steps on them, since he's an avenger? XD (just kidding, I love Hank Pym. Although Lang's better)

Oh, man, it's true. The Blue File story arc is over. Dangit.

At least Pulido is back, ohmigosh.

The amount of writers that use Hank Pym as supporting character in their books makes me happy. Maybe more people at Marvel want Hank to be around then it seems, and its really just some editor holding him back.

i finally realize what this book art remind me of. It reminds me of the oldschool children books art i use to read back when i was 5, granted i was born in 1988 so yeah.

Like in Daredevil's issue with Foggy. I was thinking the same thing.

As for the cover, Wada continues to amaze. I wish more people were giving this book a shot. It's a nice outsidelookingin type comic of the Marvel world.

I like everything about the art except the faces.

This art hurts my eyes.

I'm happy that Javier is finally back, but I can't help but feel that the damage has already been done :(

Dear Christ that art is horrible

I'm so happy to see Javier Pulido back. His art I can get use to, yet still nit pick. That other guy for the last two issues, Jesus Christ, never again.

this on so many levels! i really don't mind Pulido's art but that last guy, Wimberly, no thank you. was it just me or did She-Hulk turn blue a few times in the last issue? I never complain about art but yuck.

@frankcal460: It was worst than that man. Some panels were just terrible. She-Hulk looked like some kind of transvestite hooker thing. I just..I can't unsee this panel.

I don't understand how both of these artists can look at the amazing covers that Kevin P Wada does for this book and just say to themselves, "Yes, yes this is good enough." :/ Mind you that I only really dislike Puildo's faces. They're too generic for every character.

who the hell is behind the art of this new she hulk series? it's kinda terrible. sorry lol

Looks pretty good, nice to see Hank. :)

One thing though. Those four middle panels on the two page spread seem to just be the same image, apart from lettering and Patsys' hands. That's not so cool.

OMG YOU'RE RIGHT! I like the cover art on this book though. Wish the cover art and the inside art were the same.

@onmedz: I skipped the last 2 issues because of that art alone. I know Pulido's not perfect, but GOOD GOD!

Nice to see Pulido back, will probably get this.

Getting this for Hank Pym! Though not especially happy with Marvel having other scientists come up with shrinking beams, let Hank keep some pride :P

So happy Pulido is back, I couldn't handle his art on other books but his artwork on this book is just perfect to me with the dialogue and story. Last guy was just awful artwork -.-

#25 Posted by Astro_Zombie78 (92 posts) - - Show Bio

@z3ro180: Amen to that. It's just as bad as Mike Allred's art.

This is one of those cases where the artist is has incredible talent, but drawing the wrong characters for their style.

The 2nd preview page is technically outstanding and detailed. The books, bricks, pipes, all of that is awesome and to pull that off for a monthly comic, I can forgive the blank expression and static pose for 4 panels when you give me a perspective of Giant Man a few pages later. HOWEVER...I don't think SHE-HULK is the right book for Pulido to be on. like someone mentioned Allred's work, who was perfect for MADMAN but would not be as good a fit for The Uncanny Avengers for example.

I think he is immensely talented but they need to make a switch on this book soon

This book is plagued with bad looking art.

When was the last time we've seen Hellcat?

#29 Posted by TheFirstLantern (1509 posts) - - Show Bio

Oh yes Pulido is back thank jesus. Also Hank oh yeah!

@New_World_Order: in issue number 6 of this book? :) Hellcat is a regular character from She-Hulk number 2 :)

I felt like I missed pieces of the conversation.

@onmedz: Listen, I'm not the biggest fan of Pulido's art, but after the awful art we had to endure in the last couple issues (I was going to have She-Hulk dropped from my pull file if it had continued and I honestly couldn't get through the issues because the art was so off-putting) Pulido's stuff looks like Alex Ross by comparison. I'm not going to complain too loudly.
