Probably. I'm truly disappointed that Capcom let that lapse. Their loss though; I certainly gave part of my wallet to support the Might #9 Kickstarter. I do still read this book in honor of the Blue Bomber though.

@grey56: capcom cancelled how many mega man games? 3? they can rot for all i care. which is going to happen pretty soon seeing as they are almost bankrupt.
