oh man I forgot about him, he was Deadpool without the body count and guns in his day. They need to bring this guy back, I think he could star in a one shot or two.

I get it,i get it,just the "flashback" stories are something really common lately,at Marvel.......especially with Spider-Man,when a writer wants to use Parker,he asks for a flashback story.....that's lame.

I just realized he was about to shoot DareDevil. XD

I haven't been enjoying the current Deadpool run. It just seems to be trying way to hard to be goofy, coming from somebody that loves the video game and, well, every other Deadpool comic I've read. Glad to see we at least get this with a different writing team.

Holee crap I haven't seen Madcap since...wait a sec *rummage rummage* THIS issue of Ghost Rider! This is my copy from 1992 haha, I actually am genuinely excited. Madcap is a blast and a perfect match up for Deadpool.

@cameron83: Welp, he appeared back in Captain America #307. He was exposed to a nerve agent developed by A.I.M., which gave him a healing factor even greater than Deadpool's. His stare causes insanity, which can be temporary or permanent depending upon the duration. He actually enjoyed Ghost Rider's penance stare, and has faced Deadpool in the past, beating him once before. He believes that existence is meaningless, and enjoys causing insanity to prove it.

Is he an enjoyable and quality character?

I understand that those two terms are subjective,but in your opinion.

Enjoyable, yes. His quality depends highly upon the writer, much like any character. He's a very underrated character that could become big if written right. He actually predates Deadpool by about 6 years.
