Exclusive Cover Reveal: TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES #35

You might have figured out we like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles here at Comic Vine. IDW has figured that out too. They've sent us an exclusive first look at the cover to June's issue #35.

Yes Slash is back! I did enjoy his first appearance but it was ruined by Kuhn's art. Now, with Santoloucho doing the art for Slash's return, his fight with the TMNT will look awesome as well as being an awesome read :D

I don't really like his art either, I think everything about it looks funky, but his Slash looked alright.

This Turtles series has been everything I wanted it to be and more.

I think his art is fun, his turtles look a bit Asian, and the fight in the dark between tmnt and slash was awesome. He's not my favorite tmnt artist though.

Love slash. Hate that the cover seems to be teasing him joining the Foot (looks a bit like Leo) but really how often are covers true?

Either way, Slash is awesome and more of him is never bad.

@kriminal: I don't know if they ever killed Splinter. Why do you say Micky? He's the heart of the team and the mood setter. Raph is my favorite one and I think it would be coolest for him to die simply because it would make the most sense. Leo would also be a good choice to simply because Raph would have to step up as leader.

i just dont like him. leo and raph are the best two. i agree with you on killing leo and id agree with raph if leo became a solo hero

@kriminal: What do you mean if he became a solo act? I was saying that Raph would be the leader if Leo was killed. :o

they have....in Volume 3 of Mirage's series he dies of old age but if I remember right he was teased at coming back in the last issue

The arm gear and mask were given to Slash by Leo himself at the end of City Fall in issue #28 :)

Really? Damn I own that issue and don't remember that. Maybe I need to read City Fall again.
