The CONVERGENCE #2 variant covers keep rolling our way. Yesterday DC gave us a first look at the Jae Lee variant. Earlier today we saw the Tony Daniel one. Now we have our first look at the David Finch Wonder Woman sketch variant. This is a 1:100 variant.

CONVERGENCE #2

(W) Jeff King (A) Carlo Pagulayan, Jason Paz (CA) David Finch

As Telos, the Planet Incarnate, easily defeats the survivors of Earth 2, Thomas Wayne and Dick Grayson set off to find help in the pre-Flashpoint Gotham City. The emotional implication of these worlds colliding comes crashing down when Thomas Wayne confronts this world's Batman, as father meets son!

Plus, Alan Scott's attempts to connect with The Green yield unexpected results, setting our team on a quest to escape the planet. And the cyborgs of Futures End engage in a battle to the death against the reimagined heroes of the Just Imagine Universe, while the city of Superman Red and Blue takes on the opposing forces from GENERATIONS!

That middle design is infinitely better than the mess they ended up with

@jonny_anonymous: Upper middle or lower middle? upper middle I'd defiantly agree with, and lower middle looks too Wonder Girl (yet still better then what we got)

All three are better than the final. Surprisingly (?!) the middle top is almost the exact same as JSC said he would have redesigned her to be. Far left is the original before fans had an uproar and forced her into panties, bottom middle is Wonder Girl...he really didn't have too many original thoughts in the redesign. I am still surprised they went with one that has a big red V in her area though. For all the Batgirling and JSW going on at the moment this seems like a pretty big whoops.

I'd prefer the upper middle with a longer skirt, but I like the new design and it's uniqueness (minus the knee high boots and the wrist spikes).

If someone from DC is reading this, next time commission Chiang to redesign Wonder Woman. In Chiang we trust.

Upper middle looks fantastic. Basically I just want the Greco-Roman battle skirt going forward. It should be the WW design from now on.

I have to say it doesn't read American to me, it reads more circusy, like I can picture Wonder Woman holding a whip in her hand, teaching a lion tricks in this getup

I actually kinfa like the new costume. Don't understand why its being hated so much. Its at least a complete new design... She looks more superhero than warrior though...
Wonder how it could be fixed.
Its a little cheesy, but good cheesy. rest is up to the story

The Superman suit screams temporary. While WW suit looks like something that DC would want to stay...

Plus I am sceptical on the new Superman suit, because I don't wholly dislike it. From the suit I dislike only the lack of cape, 5 o clock beard and short hair. Fix those and you have an improved version of Morrison's early new 52 Superman(which I am a fan of, I think it can be the go to suit for human interest stories). What I am afraid though is what this new suit means. Because up to now, it screams dark and edgy imo. With the constant frowning Superman and the blood on his boots in the cover of AC.
I am not excited about the direction.
