In order to ensure comics will be out on time, publishers often have to plan for releases months in advance. Dynamite Entertainment is no different. Earlier today the publisher provided us with the first look at their new releases for the month of March, 2013. Check out the covers and accompanying solicits below and let us know if you plan to put any of these titles on your pull list!

Vampirella continues to thrash her way through vampire pop culture, as she visits a sultry, trashy Southern town where the vampires are out of the closet and a synthetic blood substitute is getting a test-run. In fact, it tastes better than the real thing. It could spell the end of the vampirism’s murder and misery for good, and a chance for Vampi and Criswell to settle down. If nothing goes horribly wrong.

@RoboShark: You would enjoy the series its a horror soap opera. its not campy like the johnny depp movie at all.

I can't wait for Dark Shadows, Warlord of Mars (this series has Girth written all over it), I love every moment of these books. I just wish they would focus on telling good stories with the Shadow and not focus on his history. the whole point of the shadow is he is a mystery, we don't need to know his past. its how he manipulates people and is borderline villain sometimes.

I'll have to check it out, I've been seeing it on the weekly list for some time.

The line between WARLORD OF MARS and HEAVY METAL magazine covers is often as tiny as Dejah's wardrobe.

I don't care what they say ... I like Dejah Thoris, she's hot!

btw I'm glad to see Carlos Raphael is back on the art details, recently the artwork (Vampire Men from Saturn) hasn't been up to the usual quality standard
