Boom! Studios Teases New Series from ADVENTURE TIME Creators with Dinosaurs in Space

Early this morning, Boom! Studios released a "visual press release." That means, this is all the information we have:

It's safe to assume that just because this is by the ADVENTURE TIME comic creators, that doesn't mean it's about ADVENTURE TIME. At least this image doesn't suggest any association. But seeing a dinosaur (velociraptor) is a space suit is definitely interesting.

We'll have to wait for more information.

I was thinking something different when you said "Adventure Time Creators" in the article title.

Thank god it's not an Adventure Time comic.

Compared to Adventure Time, putting a dinosaur in a spacesuit seems pretty mundane.

Not gonna lie, that picture definitely struck some deep buried childhood nerve inside me. That's all I needed to get interested in this.

This reminds me of a cartoon when I was a kid, good god I wish I could remember the name. The dinosaurs were anthropomorphized and could talk and walk upright. They were all soldiers and the herbivores where the good guys and carnivores the badguys, and they could revert to their "primal" dino form. Someone please tell me they know what the hell I'm talking about.
