Threads & Profile Not Updating/Posts Not Registering

Windows 7, Google Chrome

I'm not sure how widespread of a problem this is, but the thread that I noticed it in is this one.

I've posted twice in there in the last half hour, and received a notification for somebody responding to an earlier post, but none of those are showing up.
