Set Default Image Deleted Original

I uploaded a better cover for The Astonishing Spider-Man #88 - New Issue and saved. I then set it to the default. After it refreshed the original image ( the one that was uploaded when the issue was created) was missing. While for this issue I would have needed it removed anyways, for others it could cause issues. For example sometimes a variant might be used as the original when creating an issue and now if you were to add a non-variant and set it as the default the original cover would be replaced.

@wmwadeii: this has already been fixed, I must have missed that issue.

@pikahyper: The issue was just added on 4/16 so probably why you missed it. Just wanted to be sure this wasn't normal and going to cause issues down the line.

@wmwadeii: oh, this is a separate bug then the one I was thinking off, it must have been a glitched issue add.
