Previous uploads bug is back

When selecting from previous uploads only the last 16 images uploaded show up. This bug was fixed months ago but it is back.

@pikahyper: It looks to be working for me? Just have to scroll down when you select previous uploads and the older ones show up.

@rorie: odd, not for me, scroll to the bottom, see the loading gif for a second, nothing new, 16 images even though I have 45 in my gallery, worked fine 4 hours ago and nothing has changed on my end. To me it looks like some old code got pushed out when the the wiki weirdness fix went through earlier.

@pikahyper: Hmm, working fine for me in both Chrome and FF. I'll see if it's affecting any of the engineers.

@rorie: I just tried it on another computer same problem.

@rorie: still can't get past 16, yesterday somebody reset my image count cause it was at -110 but now it is stuck at 0 too, even when I add new images it stays stuck.

@pikahyper: Hmm, interesting, sorry for the trouble. I'll see if Danny or Ian can poke around into it.

@rorie: I added some images, probably be easier for them then an empty gallery

I also noticed its not displaying the images in the same order when comparing the previous uploads dialog to the display in my profile gallery, four of the images are flipped, 7 & 8 and 15 & 16.
