the issues of a story arc are listed in random order (see Death in the Family). Old version had them displayed in correct reading order.

The reading order of the arcs are listed in order of their Cover Date in ascending order. Implementing a special widget to allow them to be re-ordered may be possible later, but right now Cover Date seems to be a good approximation.

Yes, cover date sorting would be ok for the moment. But if you take a look at the Knightfall listing you will see that it is *not* listed in cover date ascending order. E.g. the Detective Comics issues there are listed in this order:

Detective Comics 660, 659, 662, 661, 663

Looks very random.

Looks like this was because they were all released on the same day. I can try also ordering it by the issue number and see if that approximates it better (the problem with ordering it by the issue number is that it wont use the special logic that helps it handle things like 0.5 and such... but its only after it orders it by release date)

That explains it, thanks. I think sorting first by date and second by issue will be the best option at the moment.

As far as I remember it was possible to set the order of issues of a story arc specificly. It would be great if this could be implemented again.

Thats something that we might do later (the problem being that this is the only place between both sites that would use that widget, and it takes a good number of resources to get working)
