Galleries With "&" Wont Load

As I was attempting to try and organize some of the images in character galleries. I noticed that some of the folders wouldn't open. I at first through this was a one off issue, but this appeared in another folder in a different character. The only commonality between the two was the use of the ampersand (&) in the titles. I believe that this new system might not be recognizing the ampersand character and effects the folder's contents.

I try to select those folders, but the loading icon doesn't even appear. All other folders function perfectly well.

Yep, our sites have weird issues with ampersands at times. I talked about this with an engineer and he'll look into it. Sorry for the trouble.
