fuzzy dates for cover date - no years prior 1940?

The year list box for fuzzy dates allows only years from 1940 onwards. Also older years have to be selectable.

@docdoom: that's not good, have you looked around for any issues already on the site older then that to see if any dates were already added and if they had automatically been modified to a newer year?

I just checked Famous Funnies. Years and month seem ok at a first glance, but all have cover date day (and no fuzzy month date as they should have...).

No change yet: still the minimum year for fuzzy dates is 1940. Any idea if this ever will be fixed?

@docdoom: probably will be but it wouldn't be a priority, there are lots of more important bugs to be fixed first, especially right now.
