Cant upload images internal severe error

I really want to upload images but i cant and it just makes me mad that i can't.I even tried different browsers firefox and google chrome but i cant download internet explorer.

@marvelmaster300: if any problem is happening in multiple browsers on your computer but it is not happening for other users then it is something on your computer and not a problem with the site. It could be a problem with Flash Player which the image uploader uses but Firefox and Chrome use different versions, Firefox uses Flash Player installed on your computer and Chrome uses a built in version of Flash Player, there could be some kind of corruption affecting both but I really doubt it. Only thing I can think of is maybe you have an extension/plug-in installed in both browsers or you are using some kind of application like a firewall or virus scanner that are blocking you for some reason.

I have the problem on my tablet then when I went to someone else house their computer do the same thing so it haves to be my account because I haven't been on it for a while
