Can't start new PM's

I will write what I want to say down and then this pops up

Not sure if it gets sent to the person I was Pming.

Also the PM notifications are bugging and it sends me multiple notifications for the same PM post.

It told me this didn't post for some reason? Comic vine is tweaking everyone run!
