Can Only access 16 Images when in Settings Menu

I go to the settings menu and click Avatar(or the others in that list and when I do, I can only access 16 of them images I uploaded when I have over 100. This problem I have seen on both Google Chrome and Mozilla Foxfire and while I haven't confirmed i believe it is present in all the other browsers as well.

@bluelantern1995: This has been going on for a little over a month now, unless I'm mistaken. There's another thread about it somewhere.
