Who will win?

They would be needed against strong opponents like ms.marvel, hulk etc.

"

 I think would win, they have some pretty insane jutsu and madara, pein, itachi and orochimaru are the strongest and with their combine jutsu could take them down. Atleast I believe so, Itachi has  Amaterasu & susanoo plus he is great at gen jutsu, 
Madara has Nine-tailed fox demon control, can manipulate opponents Orochimaru has just an insane amount of techniques and is extremely difficult to actually kill since he constantly uses clones  Pein has his 6 warriors who one can heal them, one can absorb power, gravitational control, cyborg, summon giant monsters, and the rinnegan  I think they could handle them "

I think the Avengers take this one,however they would lose everyone but Hulk and She Hulk,Herc and Ares,the Vision and Ms Marvel.And even those might be greatly hurt.

 akatsuki wins....Madara stomps solo. Non of them can touch him. He can take control of the Hulk with his eyes.
Itachi...can beat most of them. Instant Genjustsu....he has the power to warp there reality completely 
Zestu- who knows about that guy unknown factor.
Pain- repels all attacks instantly has destroy entire villages. I can only see Hulk and a couple others standing up to him. 
Then you have Deida...who can make subatomic bombs and blow your insides up completely. 
You have a immortal Hidan. who can kill anybody with a curse just by drawling some blood like WWH blood. 
A guy you have to kill atleast 6 times.  and can use all the elements.   
Sasori has like 100 puppets and can fire millions of weapons that all posion the person and kills them in like 3 days. 
 
Best Chance MArvel has here is having Hulk crush the planet and they all leave.

that's a stomp to Akatsuki's favor, no matter what Avengers fans say, it's a super stomp for Akatsuki.
Itachi alone will beat all of them with Tsukuyomi. the only ones that will escape Tsukuyomi are Vision and Hulk after a good struggle, Vision would be taken down easily by Madara, while Hulk would be easily taking by a soul technic from Pain. THE END.

YES AKATSUKI WINS BECAUSE orochimaru can revive the dead akatsuki just needs to kill a avenger member and orochimaru can revive them back for backup too destroy their own team. So avenger is pretty much doom.

If blood lusted the avengers could just bust the planet which no one on the team can defend against excluding the immortal Hidan.

@princearagorn1: Are you saying they can't? They have Hulk and Hercules and Namor. It would end there team yes but it would kill the other team as well. Besides Hidan but he would be floating in space.

No, seriously. This is reminding me very much of the typical dbz argument..

Anyway, the problematic one here is hercules. By the time hulk reaches the strength to do anything, he'd already be sealed. Half the members on avengers roaster can be solod by most members.. It's the other half that's going to be problematic. But the hax should be enough, I think.
