"Okay after checking a few sites I have got these Power Levels based on the characters...

Piccolo - 52,500,000

Supreme Kai - 72,000,000

Based on the power levels noted... Supreme Kai should win here...since Piccolo is quite a ways from the Supreme Kai's power level

"Actually concerning the regenerative powers.

• Piccolo can regenerate any part of his body, but if his brain had sustain total damage or if his head were decapitated; he would be unable to regenerate, and eventually die.
• Cell can regenerate as long as at least 1 of his cells remain tact, damaged or undamaged.
• Buu can regenerate as long as a single molecule is in tact; harmed or unharmed. He would still be able to regenerte and turn into multiples.

"Piccolo would beat supreme kai.

he was scared of the people Babadi controled and those people got beat by goku and vegeta in normal form.. so he cant be that strong.

Supreme Kai was scared of this guy he thought vegeta would lose...so he cant be that strong or he would have fought them hisself

Piccolo is stronger then Goku and Vegeta when they are in their base forms and those guys got owned like it was nothing.
