I see Psylocke winning this. Moondragon's telepathy is useless against Psylocke who is immune to any psychic attack.

The current telekinetic level of Psylocke  can destroy ythe White Queen even in her diamond form and also break every single bones of Moondragon.

If its just a fight between Emma Frost and Moondragon it will be Moondragon who will own the fight.

I think Moondragon would win too, her MA skills are better than Psylockes, her tk is at the same level or slightly below Psylocke, her tp at the same level as Emma and her intellect way above both of them.

Moondragon has cute range, but her skill is laughably low. Emma proved against Rachel that no matter how high your raw power is a skill gap is just as noticeable in combat, and can completely remove the raw power advantage as a whole.

Especially current moondragon that's a stronger fusion of 616 moonie and heroverse moonie who has quite a nice list of feats, including stomping and outskilling 616 moonie completely.

She has feats like going head against gamora with all the infinity stones, mindf***king a Greek God that tried to mess with her mind, and has the dragon of the moon which she can use as a power boost(technically she beat an amped 616 moondragon, since 616 moonie used the dragon to fight her).

I feel like she has sufficient skills to take on Emma frost. Normally I would place her above earth's psychics, but she got completely outperformed by Jean grey in her showing against knull, so that's why I think the top tier telepathy like Emma, Xavier, nova, SK and maybe exodus can still beat her. But current moondragon is definitely not lacking in the skill department compared to old 616 moondragon
