@Nefarious: The strength thing doesn't matter, as Alucard can someone the Dandyman or Rip Van Winkle (magic cards that retard healing, and can blow up large chunks of masonry; the other person has a magic bullet that can tag mach 1+ (mach 3, IIRC) planes, while making lazy circles and loops in the sky). The speed thing might be a problem, though just absorbing him as Alucard did to London is a possibility.
So basically, this fight will be Midnighter dancing around Alucard while punching him apart until eventually he tires out and leaves or Alucard catches him off guard(which would be unlikely given Midnighter's precognition) seriously, the people just saying Alucard need to realize that he doesn't stomp every fight he's in
@khael: untrue, Midnighter has far better striking strength and reaction speed. Also ignoring regen, Midnighter has much better durability. He took a hit from Apollo at reentry speeds and was still fine

@phantomrant: For striking strength Midnighter can Damage Apollo and Jack Hawksmore,both of them can brush off nukes. For reaction speed he's dodged captain atoms blasts from a near point blank range and dodged a blitzing Apollo and blocked every hit from an Apollo-lite
