no he didnt didnt he say that the training takes X amount of years and goku took a raincheck or something then went to the living world.

I might be wrong on that but i dont recall goku recieving any training from him.

The LT only acts if a cosmic crime is being commited.

For example, he did not act against Thanos with the IG.

When Eternity asked LT to stop Thanos. He replies "I have considered the matter and cannot concur. Thanos only strives to replace your importance in the Universe with your own. Natural selection is one of the Universe's oldest canons: The strong replace the weak. It is as it should be. No cosmic crime is being committed.

BTW, Living Tribunal has shown to have power much greater than the Infinity Gauntlet, which shows his omnipotence.

Yes, and Supreme Kai was suprised when base Vegeta completely dominated Pui Pui (who is a complete and utter joke compared to the current DBZ fighters). this shows where supreme kai's power stands. I mean he did nothing to Majin Buu when he "fought" him. All of the above are no where near LT's power. Short Answer: Grand Kai stands absolutely 0 chance.
