Dr Doom Vs Kyle Rayner

If Doom has prep..this is a curbstomp.Without it..Kyle could probably win by the skin of his teeth.Not many things even dent Doom's armor.Not to mention his ridiculously powerful magic and mind transfer.He took on Sentry without prep and and temporarily blinded him.

Rayner Doom may be a genius and have tech but he is limited in the assets he has. Rayner has the power to turn is imagination into a reality. Doom can be over powered by Sue Storm and her powers really are very similar to a GL but on a lower level. Even if Doom used what little magic he has I don't think the power he has could put down Rayner

damn good... and it's not Kyle, it's the ring that protects from telepathic attacks constantly....
it's been shown several times to withstand coinsidorable mental probing and even shielding Kyle from Martain Manhunter's telepathy

I would say Doom has a good chance to win this due to his magic, but without any prep (and assuming an even playing field, i.e. Kyle not fighting him in Latveria) the Lantern would win it.
