Who do you think would win in a fight.

The Darkness. Estacado's power is similar to Spawn's level of power, and Batman needed high tech gauntlets just to go blow for blow with Spawn. Jackie is a highly skilled marksman and hitman, his Darkness power just makes him that much more ferocious. Though, I will admit, Batman is probably the greatest non-super powered hero there is. But, he lacks the power. If Estacado didn't have The Darkness I would say Batman. But this is The Darkness all the way.
