It depends. Squirrel Girl can beat anyone on a higher level than her so she could theoretically beat Bugs. As for Batman, he's above her too, but not as high up as characters she beats.
@rangersoul6: Batman really shouldn't even be in this battle. Squirrel Girl is said to be at Skyfather level. I mean the girl smacks around Fin Fang Foom like it's nothing. Dr. Doom is afraid of the girl so much that he lets her do anything in his base. Saved the Olympian Gods. Defeats Varon Mordo, Korvac, and Ego the Living Tree in the morning, and then goes to Disney World in the afternoon.

no there are levels of toon force access depending on realism. Looney Tunes has stronger toon force then say Ren and Stimpy.
