Mace would take out Anakin easily since this Anakin is based off of Episode lll he still isn't strong enough to take Windu. Mace is to strong in the force for him just yet. If this was the Armored Vader than I would give it second thoughts based on the fact this vader is a powerful force user. Mace studied Vaapad and was the only one to fully master it, Vaapad allows him to tap into the dark side but not embrace it. He could use Force crush and Force Grip which are purely sith powers and was a excellent armed combatant. I believe only the armored Vader stands a chance against him.

I am gonna disagree. I kinda think that windu is overrated. Anakin at his peak in ep 3 is clearly the most powerful a jedi there is. he may not have the knowledge of the force like windu or yoda but none on that council can match is power.  He really should be considered unlimited for it was never really fully explored what his limits are.  It seems clear that he was only limited by his recklessness.

In starwars movies are the true canon and everything else is secondary. Thus examples from comics books and cartoons while "true" IMO hold slightly less weight than the 6 movies. With that said what have we really seen Windu do in the FILMS that anakin cant? His best kill was Jango his best fight was with sidious (which IMO was more of a show sidious put on for anakins conversion) Anakin on the other hand displayed quite a bit of power and took the head Dooku. and of course the implied kill of several Jedi in the temple.

Thus from what I have seen I dont think Anakin would not be able to beat defeat windu I think he would cut off his hands just like he did in ep3

ok well aside form everyone say Windu will win no one has stated reasons why other than the stigma that windu is viewed as more just as powerful as yoda. So basically saying windu wins I guess is enough for this battle?

I dont mean to threat by saying prove it but kinda of yeah I dont see any prof from the movies.

Yeah i think he could
 the emperor was concerned  for sure when he revieled his self to anakin in the movie you could see it in his face as he was pleading anakin to let him help him. The actor did a great job of portraying a sever feeling of tension. Anakin had his saber drawn and even told him I would like to kill you. Compare that to when windu and the other jedi tried arrest him.  His demeanor  was intense with rage and almost as if he welcomed this fight and knew he would slaughter his foes.
The scene with anakin it looked like he really didnt want any anakin.

why does everyone think cyborg vader is better than anakin? bottom line the force needs living matter to flourish. when anakin lost half is body he lost half  his force sensitive  matter. Hes not nearly as powerful as when he was anakin. Hes slower  and not nearly the swords man  he was.  His attacks are strong but hes a very limited version of his former self.  His advantage is he maybe more ruthless.  This version would get stomped by windu. Its sad but ep 3 really caused me to loose much respect and fear factor for  the cyborg vader.......but nothing can take aways his badassness!

It just so happens that Mce had a better lightsaber style. And, on top of that, Anakin isn't a Jedi Master like Mace is.... Mace was second to Yoda.

for starters, Windu is not only a fully recognized Jedi Master... but he is also responsible for creating the lightsaber combat style Vaapad, which he designed and implemented himself before it grew to be fully recognized as the full seventh Masters form of lightsaber combat.

Vaapad creates a superconducting loop that reflects the enemy's attack while allowing for great speed and power. Named after a predatory animal on one of the moons of Sarapin that used multiple tentacles for a blindingly fast attack. ignoring the fact that he is so good with a lightsabre he trains other jedi masters for the moment, he also has the unique force ability of seeing "shatterpoints", or faultlines in the Force that could affect the destinies of certain individuals, and indeed the galaxy itself.

overall, Windu = badass...

Even with Anakin as Vader, was never as good as Mace was.... You can check this thread for more info....
