I see a few cool match-ups, but for the most part the X-women have this one in the bag. Unless Iceman flash freezes all of them and Colossus and Wolverine fastball special's them.

Here is some X-men that weren't mentioned:
Legion was an X-man.
Magneto was an X-man.
Sunfire was an X-man.
Joseph was an X-man.
X-man was an X-man.
Juggernaut was an X-man.
Cable was an X-man.
Lets also not forget that Gambit without inhibitors is a VERY powerful mutant. When Gambit fought New Sun, he was part of the X-men.

With Phoenix, X-Women. Without, X-Men. Cable, X-Man, and Professor X trump Jean, Rachel, and Emma, IMO. Iceman is one of the most powerful non-psi talents on the team. Vulcan was an X-Man. Magneto/Joseph. Xorn. Northstar. I think the males just have the advantage in numbers and variety/strength of powers.

Onslaught was not an X-Man. Scarlet Witch was never an X-Man. White Phoenix of the Crown is not with the X-Men. The women only win this if they have the Phoenix Force on their side.

is this a planed skirmish or a bar fight. If it is planed then then the win goes to the men and I will tell you why cuz with prep time thay all the advantiges Scot can plan a fight to rievel Steav Rougers and all the male psycics could focus there atetion on a psyic block untill thay overwelymd the female psycics after that I think the rest would fall pritty quick

I have to vote for the X-men. Vulcan, X-Man, Legion, and Xavier might be able to deal with the Phoenix force. Rouge isn't invulnerable anymore so Wolerine cuts off her head quickly. Magneto beats the everliving crap out of Storm. Psylocke is gonna be a problem. Dazzler is gonna be a problem. Polaris is gonna be a problem. Or the fight is over before it starts when Forge blasts the x-women with his power nullifying gun thingy, and then all the x-men monkey pile Phoenix. j/k
