I'd wager Prowler, Blue Spirit could beat up guards of unspecified training...I am pretty sure Hobie has tangled with super heroes and villains

I don't think you could find many that didn't focus on his Firebending. If I could watch videos on my computer i'd find one for you though.

Blue Spirit has basic ninja feats. Infiltrate impregnable fortress, disarm and defeat number of guards with firebending abilities but no particular specified skill level. Takes on a bunch of soldiers in combat with swords. Zuko non-firebending feats include deflecting arrows with his hands, superhuman leaping ability and decent acrobatics, strength enough to kick away a falling boulder, ax kick through chains and split a massive thick table in half, catch a falling crew member with one arm while hanging on to the ladder with his other, throw a guy across the room with one arm, defeat a number of Earthbenders (again no specified skill level.)
